Interior Design Tender

Tender Soft is a comprehensive tool in Design Audit for creating interior design tenders and managing different aspects of tendering. Tender Soft is designed to keep complete track of all stages of tendering right from designing an estimate tender till generating final cost document. It is a tool which facilitates to define quantity abstract, rate breakups, attach images, attach documents etc. at all levels of tendering.

Tender Soft consist of two parts.

  • Master Tender
  • Generating project wise customized Client Tender

MASTER TENDER is a pre loaded customizable tender containing all type of items used while generating a tender of a project. It consist of rates for each item, their quantity abstract, attached image, attached document, etc. that can be easily carried forward while generating a project specific tender.

There are no limitation for adding number of tender summary levels i.e. you can add more than one tender summary details in a tender such as Masonry, Carpentry Work, Electrical Work, False Ceiling, Painting, Polishing, Bills of purchases such as furniture, chairs, sofas, window dressings, signage ms work, carpet, sun control films, writing board, air conditioning work along with ducting etc. In each tender summary level you get a total of amount of all summary detail levels under that level. Similarly you can add more that one summary detail level under any tender summary level. you also get the total of amount of all item detail level under a summary detail level. Similarly there are no limitation to item detail level, specification level and sub-specification level.

CLIENT TENDER has the following stages:

  1. Estimation
    Estimate is the first step for creating a client tender. It is like a quotation of a interior design project. It has all the features of master tender. It also contains some additional features.
  2. Issuing Estimate Tender to Contractors
    You can Issue an estimate to as many contractors as you wish. This is the most comprehensive tool in Tender Soft. You can issue in two ways, one by Exporting it to an MS Excel file or second by Printing it. Interim Payment Certificate
  3. Import of Bids from Contractors for Comparison
    You can save your time by just importing the MS Excel file which was issued to contractors and which contains contractor rates.
  4. Comparison of Rates of Selected/All Contractors and application of rates
    You can make comparison between the contractors whose rates you had imported from MS Excel files. This helps you in deciding which job should be issued to which contractor. This also allows you to apply the rates for further generation of Approval Tender.

  5. Approval of Tender
    Approved Interior Design Tender is the tender which contains estimated items with applied rates and contractors and is approved by the client. It has a column showing you the contractors names against each specification or sub-specification. These contractors are those which were selected in comparison. Here you have the facility to change the contractor and their rates.
  6. Generating Final Cost Document
    Final Cost Document is the final document of the project which can be issued to the client. Final Cost Document automatically generates Interim Payment Certificate of contractors.
