Interior Design - Interim Payment Certificate
Interim Payment Certificate module allows the User to create Interim Payment Certificates to be issued to an External Agencies ( Consultant / Contractor / Supplier ) working on the Project. The Certificates helps the Interior Designer to keep complete Track of details relating to Payments like Total amount payable, Amount paid, Amount to be paid for extra work etc.
Interim Payment Certificates are generally issued after the Contractor or
Supplier is finalized. Because you would know the Total Amount to be issued to the Contractor or
Supplier
only after you appoint the Contractor or
Supplier for the said service after accepting his Tender/Proposal/Estimate.
Once this process is done you would now want to keep a track of all Payments Certified by you to be
made to this Contractor or
Supplier with relevant details. This will help you keep track of all Payments
Certified as well as have documentary evidence of the same.
